Directions

Mix 2 cups of store garden veg. Salad with 3 cups freshly torn spinach, Add 24 grape tomatoes, sliced in half. Slice a yellow bell pepper into about 20 thin strips. I used about 1/2 large bermuda onion, halved and sliced into half rings. Core 2 med. apples, Cut into quarters once, then again. I used Gala because they are sweeter, but any works.
