Ingredients

    5.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup flour, unbleached all-purpose (Gold Medal brand) (by DISTEFAN)
    170 grams Vital wheat gluten
    3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 tbsp Butter, salted
    12 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tbsp Salt

Directions

Mix all in mixer and let rise for about 1 hour, cut in half, put in buttered bread pans, let rise again about another hour. Cook at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool. Slice into a total of 32 slices.
