    16.0 Grams Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.2 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh
    20.0 peanut Peanuts, dry-roasted
    1 tbsp honey
