Ingredients

2 cup All Purpose Flower
1 tsp Baking Powder
.5 tsp Salt
1 cup, packed Brown Sugar
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 large Egg white, fresh
1 cup Great Value - Vitamin D Whole Milk
.5 cup Butter, unsalted
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven 400 degrees
Sift Flour, baking soda, salt into a large mixing bowl
In a second large bowl combine Sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla extract, milk, nutmeg, and bananas. Mix thoroughly.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing carefully, until thoroughly combined.
Spray the inside of two 8 X 41/2 baking pans
Fill pans three quarter full of batter. Place baking pans onto a baking sheet.
Place baking sheet on middle rack
Bake for one hour or until a tooth pick poked into the loaf pulls out clean
Set on cooling rack for twenty minutes to cool
Serving Size: 16 1 inch slices
