Ingredients

    Chop 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw and
    2 cloves of Garlic

    Dice 8 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin) (no bone)

    Remove, cool, halve, scoop out seeds, and peel.
    Cut into cubes.

    499.95 Grams Squash, winter, acorn, raw
    1 cup Split Peas
    12 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
    2 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1 tbsp Italian Spice
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried

    Add ingredients to a crockpot with enough water to cover everything. Turn crockpot to high if cooking for 6 hours, low if cooking for longer. I stirred every hour because I was home, but I don’t think it’s necessary.
