Ingredients

    3.0 slice Bread, white (white bread)
    0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    0.5 cup Green Beans (snap)
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1.0 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1.0 serving Nestle, Milo
    2.0 tbsp full fat milk
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Heat oil in pan, add chopped tomatoes and peppers. Allow to fry 1-2 mins, add chopped vegetables. Stir fry for 2-3 mins. Beat egg and season to taste with salt and other seasoning (optional). Add egg mixture to vegetable stir fry. Stir till egg is fried evenly. Serve with bread. For the drink Pur milo powder and milk in a cup. Add some hot or warm water. Stir and ready to serve.
