Introduction

Ingredients

    850 grams Ricotta Cheese, whole milk
    48 oz 90/10 Ground Beef Sirloin
    1 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 can (29 oz) (401 x 411) Pureed Tomatoes
    6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    6 clove Garlic minced

Tips

you can sub out half of the water and use a beef broth if you like to make it richer.


Directions

Fry up meat and onion until brown and translucent drain fat
add cabbage, garlic, salt , pepper, add water, puree tomatoes. bring to boil for 10 min and add cheese then turn down heat and cook additional 20 minutes at a simmer stirring occasionally.
