    1.23 cup Silk Soy Milk, original
    0.5 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 oz Torani Sugar Free French Vanilla Syrup
    0.12 cup, sliced Almonds
    31.0 gram Vega Organic Protein & Greens
    0.12 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)

Directions

Blend all ingredients. Add water until you reach a desired consistency.
