    4 strips or slices Carrots, raw
    1 tab Hummus, homemade, low fat
    2 Cherry Tomatoes
    1 small stick of celery
    2 sticks red capsicum
    3 pieces diced cheddar
    1 tab sultanas
    2 Brown Rice Crackers
    1/4 small banana
    .5 tspn Honey
    .5 cup Milk, Soy, Organic, Unsweetened, SILK (1cp/8oz)

Directions
