    1 cup Quaker Oats Old fashioned Oat meal
    1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3 tbsp Honey - Sue Bee Clover Honey
    4 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
