This is a delicious, simple, and authentic Italian spaghetti recipe that is low in salt. This is excellent for sodium-restricted diets. The taste is incredible too! Ingredients

1 lb. Extra-lean Ground Beef (7%)
2 cans of 8 oz. Tomato Sauce (No salt added)
1 can of 14.5 oz. diced Tomatoes (no salt added)
1 cup water
1 cup chopped Onions
6 cups cooked Spaghetti noodles
1 tsp Marjoram
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1. Brown the Ground Beef and chopped Onions together.
2. Add Tomato Sauce and Diced Tomatoes.
3. Add 1 cup of water (fill the two cans of empty Tomato Sauce with water and use that)
4. Add 1 tsp each of Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme, and Rosemary.
5. Stir well and cook on medium-low for about an hour until thick, stirring occassionally.
6. Prepare Spaghetti noodles to make about 6 cups of cooked Spaghetti.
7. Drain water from noodles.
8. Add 1 Tbsp of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and 1 tsp of Garlic to the noodles, then stir.
9. Either mix the sauce and noodles together, or serve with sauce on top of individual servings.
