Ingredients

    250 grams dark turkey meat, chopped
    250 grams drained chick peas
    30 grams raisins
    1 cup dry bulgur, cooked according to directions
    1 cup salsa
    1.75 cups sliced zucchini

Directions

makes four servings

Sauté turkey pieces with the sliced zucchini. Make the bulgur separately and add the raisins to it when it is done to steam a bit.

Add the salsa to the turkey and zucchini, add the chick peas and simmer a bit.

Either mix it with the cooked bulgur and raisins, or serve over the top.
