Ingredients

    3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
    1 T salt
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 1/2 t pepper corn
    1 bay leaf
    3/4 cup vinegar
    3 T soy sauce

Directions

Brown chicken in pepper, salt and garlic. Add liquids and bay leaf. Simmer until cooked.
