Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz (remove)
    Stewed Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)
    *Tomato juice, with salt added, .5 cup (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Garlic, 4 clove (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .2 cup (remove)
    Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Parsley, .25 cup (remove)
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 9 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Brown meat; add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Add remaining ingredients, except beans, and simmer, covered, 45 min. Drain and add beans for another 15 min. Serves 5.
