I like Slim Fast, but I found it wasn't very filling. I've been experimenting with smoothies, and this is what I found. It lasts me all morning and it tastes great too! I like Slim Fast, but I found it wasn't very filling. I've been experimenting with smoothies, and this is what I found. It lasts me all morning and it tastes great too!

Ingredients

    These ingredients can all vary to taste.
    1 Scoop Slim Fast Chocolate Royale powder
    1-2 cups skim milk, varies depending on number of servings as well as how thick you like it.
    1 cup Dannon Light and Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
    1 Banana - can be fresh, I prefer frozen
    1/4 cup of peanut butter (I prefer chunky, sometimes use up to 1/2 cup)
    1/2 to 1 cup Blueberries, frozen

    It is really good without the blueberries. My husband loves it that way, I prefer the extra fruit flavor.
