Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Oz Tempeh
    1 Cup Romaine Lettuce
    .25 Cup Fresh Beets
    50 Grams Kalamata Olives
    .25 Cup Feta Cheese
    .25 Cup Carrot
    1 Medium Tomato
    2 Tbs Lemon Juice
    .25 Tbs Olive Oil
    Dressing of choice

Directions

Heat Grilling surface or Iron Skillet
Add Oil to grilling surface
Add 4 Oz slab of Tempeh to pan and douse w/ 1 Tbs lemon juice
Allow to grill 2-3 minutes
While grilling prep fresh ingredients
Chop lettuce
Chop or Grate Carrot
Finely Slice or grate beet
Chop Tomato
Then flip Tempeh and grill the other side
Add remainder of lemon juice to Tempeh
Add pepper or other seasonings to taste
Allow second side to grill another 2-3 minutes
In the meantime combine freshly prepared ingredients in large salad bowl
Slice grilled Tempeh & add to Salad
Add Olives & Feta Cheese
Salt & Paper to taste and add salad dressing of choice if desired
