Ingredients

    Gimme Lean Ground Beef Style, 2 serving (remove)
    Goya Lentils, 0.50 cup (remove)
    Birds Eye Steamfresh Corn Super Sweet, 0.50 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, .75 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Water, tap, .50 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Curry powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    Parsley, .25 cup (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)

Directions

1. put the lentils in a pot and add water...enough to cover and use in the stew for later.
2. chop all the veggies
3. saute the veggies with canola oil (in the can because it's zero calories and 0 fat)
4. Add the Ground beef style gimme lean and brown it.
5. Taste the lentils to make sure they are soft
6. When the lentils are done add them to the sauted veggie mixture with the water (most of the water from the lentils should have cooked down).
7. Add curry powder
8. Add Salt to taste
9. (optional) Add tomatoes and parsley.
