Introduction

This soup cures just about everything! I make it extra spicy when I'm feeling sick...less spicy when I serve it to guests.

All ingredients can be adjusted to suit your taste and what's on hand.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    olive oil
    chopped onion
    chopped chicken
    water
    chicken bouillon
    no yolk noodles
    black pepper
    green chile
    garlic
    hot pepper


Directions

In a large soup pot, saute onion in olive oil. Add chopped raw chicken; continue to saute until brown on one side. Dissolve bouillon in water; add to soup pot. Bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until al dente, approximately 10 minutes. Turn off heat and add green chile, garlic, and hot pepper. Let last three ingredients steep while soup is cooling.

Yields a little more than 8 cups.
