Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 16 oz. can of kidney beans
    1 16 oz can of tomato sauce
    1 16 oz can of chopped tomatoes with green chili's
    1 8oz can of rotel (any level of spicy)
    1 green pepper chopped
    1 medium oniopn chopped
    1 lb of lean ground beef
    chili powder to taste

Directions

*Put ground beef in skillet
*Chop the onions and green pepper then add to skillet.
*Brown the beef and veggies together.
* Drain and put in a pot
* Add remaining ingredients
* Bring to a boil then simmer for 45-60 minutes.
