    1 c skim milk
    1 T dried blueberries
    1T chopped dates
    1T raisins
    2T chopped walnuts
    pinch salt
    dash cinnamon

Directions

heat milk and salt in pan
add remaining ingredients
cook over low heat for 8 min.
