Introduction

This is a super easy recipe that is great for holidays, church meals, or a side dish to a bereaved family or person recovering from a surgery or illness This is a super easy recipe that is great for holidays, church meals, or a side dish to a bereaved family or person recovering from a surgery or illness

Ingredients

    2 cans of cream style corn, canned
    1 small can chopped green chili peppers
    3/4 cup corn meal
    3 large eggs
    6 T oil
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. of garlic powder or to taste
    1 dash pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour mixture into large casserole glass dish sprayed with non-stick oil. Cook for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees, or until edges and top are golden brown. If you like you can add some grated cheese on the top the last 5 minutes.
Tip: Mix all ingredients the night before and store in refrigerator in a covered bowl. When you are ready to cook it, stir well, and pour into a prepared casserole dish.
