    * salmon 3 oz
    * *Egg white, 4 serving
    * Regular Oats Cereal, .25 cup
    * Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped
    * Green Peppers , 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp
    * Dill seed, 2 tbsp
    * red pepper flakes, 1 serving
    * lemon pepper, 1 serving

Directions

mix everything together and fryvin hot pan coated with Pam
4 patties
