Introduction

This is a refreshing salad good for lunch or dinner This is a refreshing salad good for lunch or dinner

Ingredients

    1 cup - chopped tomato
    1 cup - chopped cucumber
    1 cup - chopped onion(red if best)
    1- chopped chicken breast
    1/4 cup - crumbled feta cheese
    1 cup - brown rice
    2 tbsp - balsmaic vinegar

Directions

Cut up all of your vegetables, set aside.
Cook your chicken, cut into small cube pieces.
Cook rice, place in middle of plate.
Mix chicken with vegetables ( my add pepper to taste).
Place vegetable mixture around rice.
Use baslamic vinegart as dressing.
