Ingredients

    1 pouch of pre-prepared basil pesto (or you can make your own uisng fresh basil, garlic, pine nuts and a bit of olive oil)
    1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes
    1Ready made Pizza base with cheese (pick whichever brand is your favorite- try to stick to a thin base not a thick base though)- or a plain base and add the cheese afterwards- about a quarter cup.
    About 1/2 cup of Firm tofu

Directions

Heat the Oven to about 180 degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile, in a food processor blend the tofu, pesto and sundried tomatoes until smooth.
Spread this mixture onto the pizza base, add cheese if the pizza base was plain.

Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
