Introduction

Ingredients

    1 block extra firm tofu sliced into 8 pieces
    21/2 Tbs low sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbs red pepper flakes ( Korean style)
    1 garlic BULB
    1 Tsp sesame oil
    1/2 Tbs sesame seeds

Directions

Baked sliced Tofu in 350 degree oven for around 15 min, or until it's the texture you desire

While tofu is baking place into a mini food processor the following:
soy sauce
Red pepper flakes
garlic from 1 bulb
sesame oil

Process until extremely well chopped.

Then add sesame seeds
Layer sauce over Tofu and place in refrigerator.
Serve chilled.

Extra pepper sauce can be refrigerated for later use.
