Introduction

This meal is so easy to prepare and tastes delicious! I've loved it since I was a little girl. This meal is so easy to prepare and tastes delicious! I've loved it since I was a little girl.

Ingredients

    1/2 lb Egg Noodles
    London Broil (top round)
    Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    2 pkgs McCormick Gravy Mix

Directions

Put a pot of water on high heat to boil.

Put a small amount of oil in the bottom of a pan and brown the London Broil on both sides.

Meanwhile, mix the onion soup mix with the gravy mix with 3 to 4 cups of water.

Add mixture to the pan with the cooking meat, continue cooking.

Add egg noodles to boiling water.

Once the noodles and London Broil are finished, slice the meat thin. Drain water from the noodles. Pour meat with gravy over the noodles and serve!

    Very good taste. We had a large london broil, so I kept the leftovers for French dips for tomorrows lunch. Think that some sauteed mushrooms would be good in it. - 7/7/10
