Ingredients

    Jell-o Sugar Free Gelatin, any flavor
    Fresh Strawberries, sliced thin
    Fresh Banana, sliced thin
    Blackberries
    Kiwi Fruit, skin removed, sliced
    Low-calorie Cream Topping (like Cool Whip)

Directions

Follow directions on Jello package to prepare. Pour into a glass dish, approx 4" X 6". Refrigerate for 1-1 1/2 hours or until Jello gets thick.
Layer strawberries, sliced banana, and blackberries on top of Jello, pushing the fruit down into the dish. Slice the Kiwi and lay on top of the Jello. Cover the top with wax paper. Return to refrigerator to finish off the gelling process. Serve with low-calorie whipped topping if desired.
Makes 4-6 cup servings.
