3c Peeled Cubed Sweet Potatos
3c Peeled Cubed Butternut Squash
2c Pumpkin (canned or Fresh)
2c Peeled and Cubed Apples
3cApple Cider
1/2c Brown Sugar packed
2tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1tbs Whole Cloves
2c Miniature Marshmallows
Directions
Makes 12 1-cup servings
In crock pot pour 3c Apple Cider.
Add all ingredients except marshmallows. Stir. Place lid on crock pot and let simmer on High for 6 hours or til soft and tender...Let that wonderful Holiday smell fill your home all the day through. When vegetables are tender...Mash til thick and creamy...Put in baking dish...Cover with Marshmallows and place in 325 degree oven til Marshmallows are brown and Bubbly. 5-10 minutes. Serve warm, right from the oven...Yum~o!!!
Pressed for time...Boil all ingredients except Marshmallows together til veggies are tender...Mash...put in baker..cover with Marshmallows...Bake at 325 degrees for 5-10 minutes til Marshmallows are Brown and Bubbly
For a nice crunch and added texture, add chopped pecans or walnuts!!!!
