3 lbs Ground Beef from Chuck
1 cup Green Chili Peppers, chopped
6 TBL Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
1 1/2 Cup Water
2 Cups No Fat Refried Beans
4Cups Enchilada Sauce

Mix enchilada sauce and beef gravy, warm through.
Spray baking pan(s) with non-stick spray. Put 1/2 to 3/4 cup of sauce in bottom of pan(s). I ended up with 3 9X13 pans of 10 enchiladas each.
Divide beef and refried beans evenly on each tortilla shell, roll up and place in pan.
Divide sauce over the top of each pan of enchiladas. Divide muenster cheese evenly between pans, sprinkling on top.
