I love s&s -- but I don't understand this recipe. How much meat did you use in calculating the nutritional info? - 3/5/10

    Incredible!
I have just made this recipe but insted of baking the pork I used pork leg steak and stirfried it then added the sauce and it was yummy. Thank you for the recipe. - 12/1/09

    Incredible!
I actually used honey dijon mustard and it seemed to come out just fine. Served with rice, this is an excellent meal! - 7/2/09

    Very Good
I made this tonight but used more pineapple and used salsa instead of the ketchup and garlic. I used raw pork chops. My husband tried it and said it was pretty good too. I'll make it again. - 11/6/08

My quick apology on one thing in the recipe - the mustard is supposed to be DRY mustard but I couldn't seem to add it so I -put mustard.

Hope this helps - let me know!
