This is the best way i could write out the ingriedients. This is a Protein salad that my local grocery store carries. Ingredients

1 Cup garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 Cup diced English cucumber
½ Cup raw carrots, chopped
½ cup red and/ or green bell red pepper
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ red onion, diced
1/8 cup fresh parsley
1 cup wheat (hard red spring)
Dressing
1 cup whey, sweet fluid
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 T apple cider vinegar
1tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together all the dressing ingredients and set aside. Combine the salad ingredients and then pour the dressing over and toss. You can make coleslaw out of this by shredding the carrot, cucumber, bell peppers, onions and parsley in a food processor.
