Ingredients
-
6 ea Eggs, Seperated
1/8 Tsp Cream of Tartar
1 Tsp Splenda
1 dash Salt
8 oz Cream Cheese
*** Can add different seasonings to make it sweet or savory.
Directions
1. Combine Egg Whites and Cream of Tartar. Beat until very stiff peaks have formed.
2. In a separate bowl, beat together remaining ingredients until just combined.
3. Gently fold egg yolk mixture into the egg whites- about 6 folds only- don't go any further than that.
4. Spray a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Add "mounds" of the mixture- flatten them out slightly.
5. Bake at 400F for about 20-30 minutes. Let cool on a cooling rack overnight, until they have firmed up. Store in a open bag. Let sit out about 10 minutes before use to let them dry out.
