Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups baby carrots
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
    1.5 tbsp fresh rosemary
    tsp (or so) salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Place carrots in shallow baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, garlic, and rosemary. Bake at 450 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until you get a nice, brown color on the outside of the carrots.

    Very Good
    Left out the garlic this time as a family member doesn't like it; added pepper and a very tiny drizzle of liquid honey. Yummy! - 1/21/12
