Yummy roasted carrots with great flavor and lots of vitamins. VERY easy to make. Yummy roasted carrots with great flavor and lots of vitamins. VERY easy to make.
Number of Servings: 4


    4 cups baby carrots
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
    1.5 tbsp fresh rosemary
    tsp (or so) salt


Preheat oven to 450. Place carrots in shallow baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, garlic, and rosemary. Bake at 450 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until you get a nice, brown color on the outside of the carrots.
