Introduction
I put together this when I forgot to defrost some meat and need to cook something up. This was all in my freezer/pantry and it is SUPER DELISH! Ingredients

1 Bottle Trader Joe's Yellow Curry Sauce
1 bag Birdseye Steamfresh frozen veggies
1 bag Trader Joe's pre cooked frozen shrimp
1 box Taste of Thai Coconut Ginger Rice
Drizzle of EVOO
Directions
1) Pre Heat skillet with small amount of Extra Virgin Olive OIl
2) Thaw Shrimp
3) Steam veggies according to directions on bag
4) Put thawed shrimp into pan
5) Put Steamed Veggies in pan
6) Pour bottle of TJ's Yellow Curry over everything and cover.
7) Cook for about 7-9 Minutes (don't want shrimp to get tough or veggies mooshie)

1) Cook rice according to directions on box
