Introduction

This sounds like a very odd way to eat tuna, but I tried it today and it was GREAT!!! I hope you will try it! Ingredients

    3 oz. water-packed tuna, drained
    1 Tbsp. capers
    1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
    1 cup raw spinach, chopped
    1/3 cup onion, chopped
    1 cooked egg white, chopped
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

Mix all together and enjoy!!
