Introduction

Turkey content was estimated at 2 cups each dark/light meat as it was boiled off of a carcass.
seasoning OPTIONS:
I also added a:
1 Tablespoon of dried chopped onions,
1 Tablespoon of Black pepper,
1 Tablespoon of Lawry's season salt,
1 teaspoon of Paprika,
1 teaspoon of Oregano

    turkey meat, dark (boiled off carcass)

    Onions, chopped
    Green Bell peppers, chopped
    Black-eyed peas (whole can)
    Great Northern Beans (whole can)
    Green beans, cut no salt added (whole can)
    Lima Beans, green (whole can)
    Swanson lowfat chicken broth/stock {in retrospect, not necessary, but shown for accuracy sake} (whole container)

Directions

2-1/2 hour Prep time is for boiling and pulling meat off of turkey carcass,
30 min cooking time is to blend the seasonings and make sure the dumplings are cooked.
