Introduction

Using up my Thanksgiving left over Turkey and "Healthy Stuffing" to make cute little "balls" for lunch or light dinner entree Using up my Thanksgiving left over Turkey and "Healthy Stuffing" to make cute little "balls" for lunch or light dinner entree
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4.5 cups left over Healthy Stuffing (see recipe)
    10 oz diced left over turkey, light and dark meat
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    .5 cup cranberries (from fresh or frozen) diced or halved

Directions

Combine all ingredients well.
Shape into 6 equally sized balls and place in greased baking dish.
Bake loosely covered at 325 deg approx 20-25 mins
until heated through.

Makes 6 balls
