Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large Shallot
    4 cloves of Garlic
    Salt, Pepper and Basil spices to taste
    2 tbs. of Concentrated Tomato Paste
    about 2 can's of low sodium Chicken Stock
    4 Roma Tomatoes (chopped)
    2 cans' of chopped Tomatoes
    1 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
    *Raw Shrimp peeled (about 15 - 30) optional*

Directions

sauté garlic, shallots and shrimp in pan w/ olive oil.

add spices and tomato paste after about 3 min.

Then add the chicken stock and chopped tomatoes and canned tomatoes - let reduce for about 15 min on med high heat, it should simmer.

when the sauce is reduced add heavy whipping cream. heat for 5 more min.

Add on top of pasta.
