Introduction

It goes great with boiled and peeled potatoes, but you can use it however you want (on pasta, sandwish, etc.) and i's so good for you, i often use flax seed or peanuts in my recipes instead of nuts, and i use plain yogurt instead of cream, its cheaper and healthier. Ingredients

    * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 14 tbsp (remove)
    * Plain Yogurt , 4 pots (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Parsley, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Chicken bouillon, 2 cube (remove)
    * Soybean Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (optional)
    * Thai Chili Sauce, 4 tbsp (any red chili sauce will do, and use it to suit your needs, i like it hot, but you might go for a milder flavor)

Directions

1.- Chop the onions and parsley finely, ground the flax seeds, reserve.

2.- Heat the pan with the oil and add the onions on medium heat til they are slightly transparent.

3.- Add the ground flax meal and and mix constantly for 2 minutes.

4.- Add all the spices (always to taste, you can reduce or add as much as you want).

5.- Add the parsley and cook for 2 minutes mixing constantly.

6.- Add the yogurts and mix well, and let it cook for 5 minutes in low fire mixing from time to time.

7.- Adjust the spicing if needed and enjoy, it makes 25 very generous tbsp of sauce.
