Whenever I am invited to a party I am asked to bring these. They are a big hit and the Crabfilling can aslo be used on crakers, But if you use the recipe as is there is only 14 calories per serving. Ingredients

12 Cherry tomatoes
12 Fresh snow peas
1 can 6ozs crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
2 Tbs. reduced fat soften cream cheese
1 Tbs. finely chopped green onion
2 tsp. reduced-fat sour cream
2 tsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
Directions
Makes 2 dozen low fat low calorie appetizers. 1 serving has only 14 calories.
1. Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomatoe. Scoop out and discard pulp: invert tomatoes onto paper towels to drain.
2. Mean while, place snow peas in a small saucepan, add 1 inch water bring it to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1-2 mins. or until tender crisp.. Drain and immediately place in ice water. Drain and pat dry. With a sharp knife split each pea pod along the curved edge.
3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Fill tomatoes and peas with crapmeat mixture.; arrange on a serving platter. Cover and refriderate for at least 30 mins before serving.
