Ingredients

    1+3/4 cups Skim Milk
1 cup Old Fashioned 100% Whole Grain Oats
    Cap full of Maple Flavoring
    Splenda to taste.
    1 tsp unsweetened cocoa

Directions

I measure milk in a 2 cup Pyrex cup & warm in microwave. Then put in sauce pan and heat to medium high until barely beginning to bubble.

Add the oats.. Reduce heat to medium for 5 minutes. Stir often.

REMOVE from heat, ADD the Maple flavoring. COVER. Allow to sit for about 3 minutes to thicken. Stir again well before serving.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator. Measure amount needed into microwave safe bowl. Microwave until warm. Most likely will need to add milk.

2 servings for adults.
4 servings for me or a child.
