Ingredients

    2 - 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
    3 - 14.5 oz cans beans drained and rinsed ( I use 1 kidney, 1 pinto, and 1 black)
    1/4 c or 1 packet taco seasoning
    2 - fresh or frozen chicken breasts
    i - can corn drained
    garnish with cheddar cheese and sour creamand have tortilla chips ready for dipping

Directions

Add the tomatoes, beans, and seasoning to the crock pot. Stir. Them add the chicken breasts. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. HIgh for 4-5 hours. Add the drained corn 20 minutes before serving. This serves 6 big portions or 8 with a few child size servings.
