Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 c Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1 c Vanilla Soy Milk
1/4 c sliced almonds
1/3 c craisins, original
1 tsp orange peel, I used dried
Directions
Boil milk. Stir in oats, cranberries and orange peel. Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally. Add almonds.
Makes 1 large serving.
Microwave: Combine milk, oats, orange peel and crainsins in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on High 2-1/2 to 3 minutes, stir in almonds. You might want to watch this closely, mine boiled over.
