Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz chicken breast cooked ahead of time in crock pot so you can just pull the bag out and use it. Canned chicken will not give you the same flavorful taste.
    1 jar Salsa mild ground in food processor
    1.5 cups of frozen corn
    1 oz Baked Tortilla chips ground up to divide before serving
    1/2 cup Monterrey Jack Cheese to put in soup
    1 T chili powder
    32 oz chicken broth
    3 cups water, less if you would like thicker

Directions

Mix salsa, water, chicken broth.
Then add all remaining ingredients, except baked tortilla chips.
Bring soup to boil for about 10-12 minutes, then simmer for about 2 hours.
Sprinkle with baked tortilla chips.
Leave additional chips and cheese out for others to add if they wish. Remember this will add additional calories!
