Ingredients

    1 lb. Frozen Chicken Breasts
    1 Italian Dressing Seasoning Packet (Dry)
    1 package cream cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

Place frozen chicken in crock pot and sprinkle the Italian dressing seasoning packet over the top of the chicken. Put on low and let cook for 6 hours. (The water from the frozen chicken will keep it from burning) Shred the chicken. Mix in one package of cream cheese and 1 can of cream of chicken soup.

Serve over brown rice (nutritional facts not included here).

    Can you use lowfat or non fat cream cheese and get the same results? Also can you use lowfat cream of chicken soup?

    Yes, you can! The lowfat and non fat cream cheese don't melt quite the same but it still tastes pretty good.

    You don't have to put a lot over the top of the rice. They are definitely small servings, but yes it will make 10 (small) servings once the soup and cream cheese is added.

    Incredible!
    This is so good! I put chopped onions in the bottom of the crock pot and then put a can of mushrooms in towards the end. I also add a little garlic in it too. :-) - 8/20/09
