Ingredients

1 Can (10 oz) Refrigerated pizza dough (If you can find is get reduced fat)
1Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 to 1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 to 1 tsp. rosemaryleaves crushed
1/2 tsp. garlic,minced
1/8 tsp. salt
1 small tomato
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese shredded
Directions
Makes 9 squares
1.Heat oven to 425. Spray cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray. Unroll dough; place on sprayed cookie sheet.Starting in cennter,press out dough to form a 12x8 inch rectangle.
2. In a small bowl combine the oil,basil,rosemary, and garlic, mix well. Brush over dough. Sprinkle with salt. Chop tomato; place in shallow bowl. With back of spoon crush tomato. Spread tomato over dough.
3. Bake for 5 to 9 mins, or until edges are light golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 2 to 3 mins. or until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown. Cut into 9 squares. Serve warm.
