Ingredients

    cilantro, roasted red pepper, canned yellow sweet corn, garbanzo beans, black beans, red onion, Newman's Own Sun-dried tomato vinaigrette

Directions

Open and rinse corn, black beans and garbanzo beans.

Chop onion, roasted red pepper, and cillantro finely. Combine with corn and beans.

Add vinaigrette ( 1 tbsp) to each individual serving as it is served.
