Ingredients

    1. 1.25 cups (5.29oz) of whole wheat flour
    2. .25 cups (1.1oz) of all purpose flour
    3. .5 cup (5.98oz) of honey
    4. 2 bananas
    5. 1 egg
    6. .5 cup (4.3oz) of apple sauce
    7. 2 tsp (.32oz) of baking powder
    8. ½ tsp (.04oz) if cinnamon
    9. ½ tsp (.05oz) of salt
    10. 2 cups (10.23oz) of blueberries

Directions

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients (including the optional chopped dried fruits and nuts). In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. Add this mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients, and stir until just blended. Spoon batter into muffin tin sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake for about 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool. Makes 16 servings. (Or as many as you'd like!)
