Ingredients

    1 medium head of cabbage, chopped.
    1 yellow onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 TBSP Olive Oil
    Black Pepper and Salt to taste
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Saute onion in small amount of oil with garlic and black pepper until it begins to soften.

Add watervand diced tomatoes and bring to simmer.

Add coarsely chopped cabbage and cook until cabbage is done, about 30 minutes.

Add salt and additional black pepper to taste.
