Red onion, grated (approximately a quarter of meduim)
2 eggs (medium)
Directions
Beat eggs in bowl and add rest of ingredients.
Season to taste.
Heat a small non stick frypan.
Spoon tablespoon of mixture into pan.
Cook for 2 minutes on either side.
